1. SALES TO END USERS ONLY
Central Ticketing sells products to end user customers only.
2. CANCELLATION POLICY
Once your order is placed you may cancel it within 14 days, on the condition that any goods are returned to us in an unopened and unused condition in the original packaging. No other orders may be cancelled. On any cancelled orders we are unable to refund any carriage costs.
3. PAYMENT METHODS
Central Ticketing accepts credit and debit cards, and PayPal as forms of payment. Billing to your credit or debit card occurs at the time of purchase.
Central Ticketing accepts the following payment cards: Visa, MasterCard, Solo and Switch.

Credit cards and debit cards have daily spending limits that may prevent the processing of your order.
If a purchase has been declined online due to credit or debit card issues, please ensure all data is correct and resubmit. If the transaction is not accepted online, you will be unable to use that card for your purchase and should use another payment card.
4. PRICES
Central Ticketing endeavours to offer you competitive prices on current selections. Your total price will include the price of the product plus any applicable VAT in effect on the day of Purchase. Central Ticketing reserves the right to change prices for products offered at the central-ticketing.com at any time, and does not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price drop or promotional offering.

Central Ticketing reserves the right to change product options and availability without notice.

8. LIABILITY LIMITATION; YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY
IN NO EVENT WILL THE CENTRAL TICKETING BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF, BASED ON, OR RESULTING FROM THIS AGREEMENT OR YOUR USE OF THE CENTRAL TICKETING WEB SITE, EVEN IF SUCH CENTRAL TICKETING HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE EXCLUSION OF DAMAGES IS INDEPENDENT OF YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND SURVIVES IN THE EVENT SUCH REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OR IS OTHERWISE DEEMED UNENFORCEABLE. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THE RED5.CO.UK WEB SITE, YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY PART OF THIS AGREEMENT, OR YOU HAVE ANY OTHER DISPUTE OR CLAIM WITH OR AGAINST ANY CENTRAL TICKETING WITH RESPECT TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE CENTRAL-TICKETING.COM WEB SITE, THEN YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE CENTRAL TICKETING SERVICE.
9. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Central Ticketing is not responsible for typographic errors.
Central Ticketing reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at the Central-ticketing.com at any time. Revised Terms of Sale will be made available on our website. Customers are encouraged to review the Terms of Sale on a periodic basis for modifications.
All sales on the central-ticketing.com are governed by English law.
If any of the terms in these Terms of Sale are not valid or legally enforceable, the other terms will not be affected.
